Daniel Wasserstein
Daniel Wasserstein is a Florida Bar licensed attorney serving as general counsel to community association clients throughout the State. Mr. Wasserstein represents condominium and homeowners associations in many facets, from collections and foreclosures, to litigation and general governance, to amendments, document and contract review and drafting. He also has significant experience in lender litigation, construction law, evictions and general business and contract disputes. In the community, Mr. Wasserstein has taken on leadership positions, he has spoken on association and construction law, he has written published articles and as a State approved instructor, Mr. Wasserstein routinely volunteers his time to educate board members and property managers. Mr. Wasserstein has also been an active member of the Community Association Institute of Southeast Florida and the Gold Coast, the Palm Beach and Miami-Dade Bar Associations, the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and Emerge Broward. Mr. Wasserstein has an undergraduate degree from Emory University, where he graduated summa cum laude, and received his juris doctorate from University of Miami School of Law. Mr. Wasserstein was recently named a "Top Up and Comer" and a "Super Lawyer-Rising Star," an accolade only awarded to 2.5% of all lawyers in the Florida Bar's Young Lawyer Division.

RacheL Seiden
Rachel Seiden is a Florida Bar licensed attorney. She has an undergraduate degree from Florida State University, where she graduated magna cum laude, and received her juris doctorate from Syracuse University's College of Law. Rachel is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, Golden Key National Honor Society and the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society. Rachel frequently represents clients in disputes pending in state courts throughout Florida and is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. While Ms. Seiden began her career in commercial litigation matters, she now focuses her practice on representing condominium associations and homeowner associations as well as lenders, in collection and foreclosure matters.

RENEE RENUART
Renee Renuart is a Florida bar licensed attorney. She has an undergraduate degree from Barry University and received her juris doctorate from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004. Ms. Renuart is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and began her career in real estate representing financial institutions and developers in commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing and financing. Ms. Renuart now focuses her practice on representing condominium associations and homeowners associations in various general matters, as well as collection and foreclosure matters.

MICHAEL S. FELDMAN
Michael S. Feldman is a Florida Bar licensed attorney and is eligible to practice law in all state courts as well as in the United States District Courts for both the Southern District of Florida and Middle District of Florida. Michael is a triple Gator! He earned an undergraduate degree, with honors, from the University of Florida. Michael continued his education in Gainesville and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. While earning his Juris Doctorate, Michael was also enrolled in a joint degree program and concurrently earned a Master of Arts in Real Estate from the University of Florida, Warrington College of Business. Michael focuses his practice on representing community associations and other corporations in various aspects of their day-to-day operations as well as in litigation both in state court and in federal bankruptcy court. Michael was previously named a "Super Lawyer-Rising Star," an accolade only awarded to 2.5% of all lawyers in the Florida Bar's Young Lawyer Division.
